1. Use of the Services
HMI Editor and HMI Viewer are provided for lawful business, industrial, educational, and personal use.
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry safety requirements.

2. No Guarantee of Fitness for Critical Use

The Services are not guaranteed to be suitable for life-safety systems, emergency systems, medical systems, hazardous environments, or any use where failure, delay, inaccuracy, or interruption could result in injury, death, property damage, or environmental harm.
You are solely responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards, alarms, interlocks, fail-safe systems, supervision, and testing for any real-world deployment.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:

You retain ownership of any project files or content you create, to the extent you own them.

Content on Ritecontrol.com is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website content is complete, accurate, or current.
We may update, change, suspend, or remove website content or features at any time without notice.

12. App Store Terms
If you download HMI Editor or HMI Viewer through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the Services, their content, support, maintenance, or claims relating to them, except as required by applicable law.
Your use of the apps must also comply with any applicable App Store usage rules.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on Ritecontrol.com with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law.
